Optrafair reported more than 7,000 attendees visited its 2017 show, held April 1-3 in Birmingham, England, and announced a new alliance with the German trade show Opti.
Visitors from all over the UK came to Optrafair to participate in educational offerings and view the exhibition hall, which reportedly covered the entire spectrum of optical manufacturing, distribution and supply with the latest in equipment and instruments, lenses and contact lenses, glazing and finishing labs, and providers of business services for optical practices.
And during Optrafair 2017, the Federation of Manufacturing Opticians (FMO) and MA Exhibitions announced a new alliance with Opti. This strategic alliance is reportedly a positive step and will help ensure both shows are promoted to potential exhibitors and visitors to maximize their success.
Optrafair 2018 will take place April 14-16 at the NEC Birmingham.
