Bausch + Lomb recently launched ULTRA® for Astigmatism Contact Lenses, reportedly providing all-day comfort for astigmatic patients even when using digital devices or driving at night.
According to B+L, the new lenses are a monthly silicone hydrogel lens that combines its MoistureSeal® technology, which helps to maintain 95 percent of lens moisture for a full 16 hours, and OpticAlign™ design, reportedly engineered for stability to promote a successful first fit. The OpticAlign design was reportedly developed after analyzing, testing and optimizing numerous lens geometries to determine which performed best with B+L ULTRA contact lens materials.
