Specialty health sciences company Guardion Health Sciences has recently signed a letter of intent to acquire standardized vision testing company VectorVision, Inc. in a stock exchange transaction.
VectorVision reportedly specializes in the standardization of contrast sensitivity, glare sensitivity, low contrast acuity, and ETDRS acuity vision testing. The acquisition of VectorVision would reportedly expand Guardion's technical portfolio and further establish the company's position at the forefront of early detection, intervention and monitoring of a range of eye diseases.
