Global eye care company Allergan plc recently announced the launch of See America — the company's new initiative to fight preventable blindness in the United States.
Through the movement, Allergan will reportedly partner with Prevent Blindness to sponsor a series of vision screening events in various cities where attendees will receive free one-on-one professional eye exams, follow-up treatment plans, and education about the most common diseases affecting people's vision.
Additionally, Allergan reportedly plans to look to partner on programs with other like-minded organizations that support the goals of See America.
