Nautic Partners, LLC recently announced it has completed the sale of comprehensive eye care company Superior Vision to Centerbridge Partners, LP.
Headquartered in Linthicum, MD, Superior Vision reportedly offers a number of solutions to the eye health market including employer groups, health plans and government-sponsored programs, serving over 11 million members.
