Geoffrey Beene, LLC has reportedly signed a multi-year renewal license with optical design house Tura Inc. for men's and women's ophthalmic eyewear and ophthalmic sunglasses under the Geoffrey Beene label.
Tura has expanded the 2016-2017 Geoffrey Beene collection by adding new plastic and titanium materials and a broader color range. Additionally, Tura has added several new designs within the best-selling Geoffrey Beene XL program, which is crafted for male customers looking for larger eye sizes, wider bridges, longer temples and a wider head fit.
Under its Geoffrey Beene Gives Back® philanthropic program, 100 percent of net profits of Geoffrey Beene, LLC fund new revolutionary cancer research at the Geoffrey Beene Cancer Research Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Funding to date combined with the Geoffrey Beene Foundation is approximately $149 million in value.
