 Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association Offers Grants and Awards

Grants Available for Students/Residents to Attend Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association Clinical Skills Pre-Conference and Annual General Conference

The Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association, International (NORA) is offering up to 10 students and residents with an interest in neuro-rehabilitation an opportunity to apply for a student grant to attend the organization’s Clinical Skills Pre-Conference (September 20-21) and 27th Annual General Conference (September 21-23) at the Hyatt Regency in St. Louis, MO.

Each grant recipient will receive full conference registration, including tickets to the meeting luncheon and evening banquet, and $300 in travel grant funds. Grant recipients will be required to arrange for their own lodging but can take advantage of a special conference room rate offered by the Hyatt Regency.

To be eligible for the grant program, recipients must attend the full meeting beginning with registration on Wednesday, September 19 through the meeting’s close on Sunday, September 23rd. Grant recipients will be assigned duties throughout the meeting, including assisting at the registration desk and stamping CE forms after lectures.

Nominations Now Being Accepted for NORA Awards

NORA acknowledges individuals and organizations for important contributions to the area of Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation. These awards are presented annually at the NORA General Conference. Nominations are now being accepted for six awards, which acknowledge individuals and organizations for important contributions to the area of Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation.
