PECAA Holds 9th Annual Meeting

 PECAA Holds 9th Annual Meeting

PECAA, a nationwide Doctor Alliance Group for Independent Doctors, recently held its 9th Annual Meeting at the OMNI Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., attracting over 600 members, vendors, staff and guests for continuing education, hands-on workshops, and an exhibit hall.

This year's event was reportedly the first time PECAA hosted separate breakout sessions for both managers and staff, in addition to general session offerings for attending doctors. Additionally, this meeting was the launch of the PECAA app, which offered event information in one place for attendees and provided networking opportunities within the PECAA community.

The 9th Annual Meeting also included a Welcome Reception at the Country Music Hall of Fame, and a final evening Member Appreciation event at the Wildhorse Saloon. Students from the W.O. Smith Music School — beneficiary of PECAA Gives 2017 — performed for members on the final evening. This year, the PECAA community banded together to reportedly raise more than $16,000 for the local Nashville community school.
