Hilco Vision recently announced it has acquired the Cases and Accessories Division of eyewear company LBI.
According to Hilco Vision, the consumer accessories category is an increasingly important one for the company, and it seeks to simplify the buying experience for its customers.
LBI's Las Vegas operations will reportedly remain in place and former owner, Chett Lehrer, will stay on, assuring continuity for the future. And the two companies will reportedly operate independently for the next few months according to the integration roadmap, with LBI continuing to support sales and service.
