Denim company Wrangler® recently announced it is partnering with UK eyewear start-up Mosevic to offer a four-piece collection of sunglasses using repurposed fabric.
Launched last year via Kick Starter, Mosevic creates sunwear made entirely of reclaimed denim fabric of all shapes, sizes, colors and textures, making each piece of eyewear unique. Each frame is made by infusing three to 10 layers of denim with a carefully selected resin to create what the company calls "Solid Denim" — a material that is both flexible and durable. And each frame is reportedly finished with high-quality Divel Italia and Zeiss lenses.
