Global eyewear/eyecare company Hilco Vision recently announced it had completed acquisition of Jonathan Paul® Eyewear.
Jonathan Paul Eyewear is known for the Fitover category of sunwear and the Jonathan Paul Fitover brand. Fitovers are reportedly sunglasses designed to fit over prescription eyewear. Paul Stables, founder and designer of Jonathan Paul Eyewear, will reportedly stay on with Hilco Vision.
This move reportedly follows acquisitions by Hilco Vision in Germany last year and most recently in the Benelux region as part of a concerted effort by the company to deliver on its promise to be a global partner to its global customers.
