During the first half of their yearlong partnership, VSP Global and the U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) provided free eye care and eyewear to more than 6,000 adults and children across the United States.
Through the yearlong partnership, VSP and UCSM are teaming up to provide mobile eye care clinics in 10 cities across the country. For each event, VSP reportedly provides no-cost eye exams and glasses for qualifying adults and children in need. The first six cities to receive eye care clinics included Atlanta, Columbus, Denver, Indianapolis, Louisville and Phoenix. Four more cities -- Portland, Baltimore, New Orleans and San Francisco -- will receive eye care clinics in upcoming months.
