WALMAN EXPANDS ITS INSTRUMENTS DIVISION
Minneapolis, MN, July 6, 2016 – Walman is pleased to announce the expansion of its Walman Instruments division through the acquisition of Eye Care Alliance. Eye Care Alliance (ECA) is an instrument company that specializes in the refurbishment, repair and support of advanced technology instrumentation such as OCTs and automated perimeters.
Walman's acquisition of ECA advances its mission of enriching lives through better vision. By combining Walman Instruments’ vast portfolio of classical and high-tech instrumentation with ECA’s expertise in the secondary instrumentation market, Walman customers have the greatest opportunity to customize their practice to provide the best care for their patients.
