Essilor of America recently announced it had completed an investment of Opti-Port LLC — a US alliance of leading, multi-office eyecare practices.
The acquisition, which took place on April 1, will reportedly help the company continue to strengthen the independent eyecare profession in the US by accelerating key programs designed to deliver a stronger patient experience. This news was reported through Essilor International's first quarter 2016 report released on April 21st.
