Electronic wearable devices (EWDs) manufacturer PogoTec™ Inc. recently unveiled its new Pogo-Track™ EWD for eyewear and is planning the initial launch of its proprietary products at Vision Expo East (VEE) in 2017.
Pogo-Track can be attached to both prescription and non-prescription eyewear and include EWD options that feature GPS, hearing aids, pedometers, air quality sensors, and UV meters. The product can be designed to match or blend in with the color of an eyeglass frame or used as an accent color.
Additionally, PogoTec has reportedly invested, developed and plans to commercialize in 2017 a proprietary mobile wireless power system for EWDs called Pogo-Power™ and Pogo-Cam™ — reportedly the world's smallest look-and-shoot camera that is attached to eyewear.
