Every third Friday of the month, we will take a look at the latest collections in the eyewear industry. Enjoy the read!

Choose from rich colors such as champagne, royal blue and chocolate brown in down-played cat eye shapes that will perfectly flatter any face. This latest release signals a new direction for Grace — timeless, pretty style but with a burst of personality.

The collection (pictured left) takes on the maximum expression of the world of graffiti and street art with three models of sunwear with patterns based on three original works by Basquiat including the electrifying painting Fallen Angel (1981), Glenn (1984) from a period of intense creativity, and In This Case (1983) — one of Basquiat's most famous works.

Marcolin

MarcolinRecently Marcolin announced the launch of the Tom Ford Private Eyewear Collection featuring five sunglass and six optical styles. Frames in this collection are crafted from ultra-premium materials, such as real buffalo horn and high-grade Japanese titanium. And optical styles include the TOM N.3 double-bar wayfarer and the TOM N.1 with an aviator shape and light smoke optical lenses.

Late last month, Marcolin unveiled its spring/summer 2016 collection for the GUESS Tween eyewear collection. The Game (SK5168) frame is all about femininity and elegance with a cat-eye shape made from light metal and baguette crystals that accentuate the temples, while the Grey (SK5171) frame takes on a more urban-chic attitude with a rectangular shape, clean lines and both monochrome and dual colorations. And the Grazia (SK5174) optical frame has a cat-eye silhouette highlighted with micro-crystals along the front edges.
