Dolphin Computer Access Launches GuideReader Accessible Book Reader

Dolphin Computer Access recently launched GuideReader — a device that allows those who are blind or visually impaired the ability to find and read accessible books and newspapers through their television.

Through GuideReader, users can reportedly instantly access thousands of accessible books, as well as their preferred daily newspapers. Using GuideReader's remote control, users can navigate through simple menus with enlarged icons to browse for new titles, download books, start reading, adjust the book's volume, and jump to a specific chapter. And the accessible book reader reportedly enlarges text and provides high-contrast color modes.

GuideReader is reportedly exclusively available through Irie-AT and its over 60 dealers across the United States.
