VOSH Looking for Volunteers for Haiti Eye Missions

VOSH Looking for Volunteers for Haiti Eye Missions

VOSH/International is currently looking for additional volunteers for two upcoming eye missions to Cap Haitien, Haiti.

According to a posting on their website, the missions will be held November 13-19, 2016 and January 8-14, 2017. Mission volunteers will be working with in-country surgeons performing cataract and glaucoma surgery, as well as trained interpreters.

Those interested in volunteering for either Haiti mission can email [email protected].

And VOSH has a number of clinics coming up later this year and in 2017 that still need volunteer optometrists and, in some cases, ophthalmologists. Click here for clinic opportunities and contact information.
