PEN Offering OCT Workshops, Optometric Seminar This Fall

Primary Eyecare Network (PEN), a division of ABB OPTICAL GROUP, is offering a number of educational opportunities this fall, including free workshops on optical coherence tomography (OCT) and the annual Eyes of America Fall Seminar.

PEN will hold two free workshops on OCT in September in northern California. Presented by Dr. Mile Brujic, the workshops will reportedly offer attendees the opportunity to explore OCT technology, its clinical applications and how it has revolutionized patient care.

One workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 6 at Scribner Bend Vineyards in Sacramento, and the second will take place Thursday, September 7, at Lawrence Hall of Science in Berkeley. Both workshops will take place from 6 to 7 p.m., and an hour of continuing education credit is pending approval from the Council on Optometric Practitioner Education.
