Vino Optics Launches New Color Deficiency Correction Lens

Vino Optics recently launched a new color deficiency correction lens that can be cut and placed into frames to help patient enhance their color acuity and improve color vision.

Called Oxy-Iso RX, the Rx-able lens reportedly allows eye care professionals to order no-glare, clear color deficiency corrective lenses for patients who are looking to improve their color vision either as a lifestyle enhancement or for their profession, such as paramedics, electricians, chefs, artists or healthcare professionals.

The new lens is reportedly based on fundamental discoveries from Cal Tech and Princeton scientists on the origins of color. Rather than filtering color, the lenses reportedly enhance the things that color vision is for.
